The staff is always friendly and patient, my food is always hot and fresh. The cashier that helped me Jamaya was so sweet as well. I haven't ever experienced a problem at this location, but I honestly feel like if I did they would go above and beyond to correct it!

I had a great experience at Bojangles after a chorus concert I had went to last Thursday thanks to Mall, the cashier at the window who helped me. Mall was friendly, polite, and quick, making my visit smooth and enjoyable. They greeted me with a warm smile, got my order right, and even took a moment to check if I needed anything else. It's clear Mall cares about good service and making customers feel welcome.

It’s been years since we ate at Bojangles. We were not happy with the AI ordering because it just FEELS WEIRD y’all, so we went in. A+ cleanliness. The place was spotless. The lady who waited on us was super, duper sweet and friendly. She got our orders right, (#9’s) with fries and dirty rice (with extra dirt ) and we got the legendary iced sweet tea. We asked for and did receive 2 free strawberry jams for the biscuits. Whoa. Delicious! We will eat at this Bojangles again for sure.

The lady at the window Natalie was amazing, very sweet caring and quick! Need more people like her! I also went back around for some sauce and this time the manager faith was at the window both amazing caring and just wonderful people!

I stopped by Bojangles in the morning to grab a sausage biscuit, and it was a great experience. The drive-thru was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. The biscuit itself was warm, buttery, and had just the right amount of flakiness. The sausage was flavorful and hit the spot. Overall, a solid breakfast choice—I’d definitely go back!
